As the competition progresses, contestants will be eliminated.

Samuel Leeds is a real estate investor and educator with more than 14 years’ experience helping people learn how to build wealth through real estate.
He has taught thousands of people and built real estate investments and projects across international markets, including the UK, UAE, Africa and the United States.
But this isn’t Samuel’s first competition.

Samuel has previously brought ambitious entrepreneurs together for The Eviction UK, running the competition in 2020, 2022 and 2024.
Contestants lived together, faced challenges designed to test their business skills, competed under pressure and fought to stay in the competition.

Twelve ambitious people from across the United States will be selected to take part.
2 INTENSE WEEKS
You’ll live together in a spectacular Texas mansion and compete in a fast-paced series of challenges.
REAL-WORLD CHALLENGES
Samuel and his team of expert mentors will set a series of business and real estate challenges designed to test your skills, mindset and ability to take action.
ELIMINATIONS
As the competition progresses, contestants will be eliminated based on their performance.
