An Honest Update: Court Case, Helicopter House Hunt And More

I have some big updates and some important information for anyone investing in property in 2022. The Money Saving Expert, Martin Lewis, has recently come out and said he is having a hard time helping people save money in this economy. Right now, the price of everything is on the rise from food to fuel. The only thing that isn’t going up is wages. Therefore it is more important than ever to be in property. I am going to give you my prediction for UK property prices in 2022 and give you some ways to get into property with no or little of your own money.

In this update, I am also going to tell you about a recent case where I pressed charges against an internet troll who was harassing me and my family. I think it is important to take action when people are harming you, your family or your business. Aside from this criminal case, I am also suing other internet trolls who have spread false information about me. On a brighter note, I also went on a helicopter house hunt with celebrity Jordan Hames to find him his next property deal. Keep reading to find out more!

2022 UK Property Price Prediction

For the last couple of years there has been huge demand for property, partly due to incentives such as the stamp duty holiday. Property has been going up by about 10% a year. I think that prices will continue to rise but not at the pace we saw last year. I predict we will see a slow down in growth in 2022, therefore I think property prices in the UK will rise about 6%. This is here in black and white now, so let’s come back in 2023 and see how well I did!

How to Buy Properties with No Money in 2022

If you want to get into property in 2022 with no or very little money, there are 4 ways to do so. The first is rent-to-rent; this is where you take on a property from a landlord on a long-term contract and then rent the property to guests or tenants for a profit. An example of this would be renting an apartment from a landlord and then offering it for short stay lets on a platform like AirBnB. As long as you have the right contracts this is totally legal.

Secondly, there are lease option agreements. This is where you offer to buy a property at a later date but take over the property and its mortgage payments now.

Thirdly, there are joint ventures. Joint ventures allow you to team up with an investor. The investor puts up the money and you put in the work.

Lastly, there is arpackaging and selling deals. This is where you find property deals and sell the information on to investors for a fee. You can then use the money you make to invest in your own deals.

Samuel Leeds Court Case

As you may be aware there has been a sustained campaign of harassment and misinformation directed against me and my business by a small group of internet trolls. One of the main culprits who had written unsubstantiated things about me online and even sent malicious messages to my mother, my sister and my wife ended up in front of Willesden Magistrates’ Court.

This troll was found guilty and faces:

* Compulsory court costs

* 12 months of community service work

* 5 year restraining order

* Criminal record

I am also taking action in the civil courts against other trolls that have engaged in spreading false information about me and my business. If you are a business person who is facing malicious attacks against your reputation, don’t suffer in silence.
