The Cottage is 3 bedroom with one bathroom & private garden (Xmas Tree Set Up for Dec). The space is designed with boutique interiors bringing new and old together whilst keeping to the true cottage living experience. Suitable for holiday makers and also contractors being based only 15 minutes to the M40 and 10 minutes to Banbury.
The property has orginal features including thatched roof, low ceilings and beams. So please do mind your head! The front leads directly to a dining area where you will find a 6 seater dining table to entertain and enjoy family moments. The Kitchen has a large double sized oven, perfect for creating food for the whole family. You then lead into a cosy living space with a four seater sofa, 2 seater love seat and an armchair perfectly positioned by the log burner. As a gift we are providing a starter log burning kit so every guest can experience a true cosy cottage feel. There is a stable door on the ground floor leading to a private garden with a patio area. Here you will find outdoor seating and a BBQ to enjoy summer or winter. Inside the property the stairway leads you to the upstairs bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, one master double room with side tables and a cute occasional chair. The second double bedroom is accessed from one side of the bed with a side table. The third bedroom is a twin room (single beds) with a shared bedside table. In the corridor you have a private desk area where you can work remotely if needed but hopefully not if you are on holiday! Great stay for a big group of guests. Good area and links to transport.
We had one issue with being unable to get into the lockbox one evening, however this was promptly resolved by Quoc and we were able to gain access again.
I would definitely stay at the property again if I was wanting to stay in London with a large sized group.

Place was exactly how it was described. I had a group of 5 adults, and each person had their own double bed, 3 had their own room and two shared a large room upstairs. There was plenty of space for everyone and the quietness of the street was perfect for our stay 🙂

Our large group of 13 found the place comfortable and workable. Beds and linens were great and good storage to unpack into. The washing machine was a real plus! Neighborhood was safe and 10 min walk to/from tube convenient and near groceries and some dining choices. Loved the location centered between 3 different tube stations, very easy to Elizabethline and LHR, as well as Central line. Andre was a pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, was very easy to get a hold of, and super-responsive to our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

10 days stay in May and location is everything! with the Elizabeth line now getting into Oxford Str & West End is a short 30 minutes ( instead of typical 50 mins to 1 hour plus on other lines); station is 8 mins walk with 15 mins walk to Central Line station; the double beds used for single persons makes the sleep extra comfortable along with super soft mattresses; water pressure was nice & strong & heating was available readily; there was some problems with appliances but the Manager, Andre was really at the top of his game , very communicable and sorted all problems with immediacy; extra sundries such as Tea bags, biscuits etc was nice touch; would recommend for visitors to London needing a base . Again, with the new Elizabeth lines staying in western suburbs is a real option rather than staying at more expensive central locations.

A spacious and beautiful home in a very good location for those using the house rail system. The bed and sheets are clean. The shower and toilet bowls are clean. However, the kitchen utensils are not clean, we couldn't boil water either, the bottoms of the beds are very dusty. Those who don't have enough kitchen items are not very clean, and the bathroom drain is clogged. I recommend it for short stays, but there may be problems in the kitchen and bathroom for a long time

Positive: Very nice home and good location. They were very responsive and kind and home was clean.. The previous guests broke the shower door and unfortunately the part did not come in during our 8 day stay which made it difficult to shower without getting the floor wet, but our host did a great job ensuring we had extra towels to help with that. Good size home and very welcoming.
Negative: The host cannot control this part but wanted other guests to at least know that there was a lot of construction going on behind the house, which woke us up every morning at 7am (but not a deal breaker for us).
Overall-we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive and so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Host was very responsive and flexible with check-out. Property was less than 10 mins from the Elizabeth line which provided easy access into the city for a family of tourists.

A spacious and beautiful home in a very good location for those using the house rail system. The bed and sheets are clean. The shower and toilet bowls are clean. However, the kitchen utensils are not clean, we couldn't boil water either, the bottoms of the beds are very dusty. Those who don't have enough kitchen items are not very clean, and the bathroom drain is clogged. I recommend it for short stays, but there may be problems in the kitchen and bathroom for a long time

An ideal property for a group of people. The beds were comfy and we had a great stay.

Positive: Very nice home and good location. They were very responsive and kind and home was clean.. The previous guests broke the shower door and unfortunately the part did not come in during our 8 day stay which made it difficult to shower without getting the floor wet, but our host did a great job ensuring we had extra towels to help with that. Good size home and very welcoming.
Negative: The host cannot control this part but wanted other guests to at least know that there was a lot of construction going on behind the house, which woke us up every morning at 7am (but not a deal breaker for us).
Overall-we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive and so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Where you'll sleep
This has to be one of my favourite bedroom designed so far. It just has a chic, clean and luxury feel to it. The mattress is one of exceptional comfortable with a mattress topper and Egyptian Cotton bedding. The colour combo just makes me happy.

Our bedding is all 400 thread Egyptian cotton which we find perfect whether you like to sleep in the heat or in the cold. You'll have 1x duck feather pillow and 1x anti-allergy microfibre each. Quality luxury decorative pillows are a deal sweetener.

The place was just as the photos showed, it was new clean and comfortable! The host was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had right away! This place was perfect for my family and we would definitely stay again! I highly recommend! The best part was there was free street parking which is always a challenge!!

This was our second time at one of Naj's properties and again, it exceeded our expectations. The flat has been beautifully decorated throughout, which made us feel like home from the moment we got in.
The location is perfect, just minutes away from the overground station, shops and restaurants. The flat is also very quiet, which is a big bonus for London. It has everything you need for a quick city break or a longer stay (cooking facilities, washing machine, big wardrobes etc).

Naj’s place is just as advertised and is in an incredible location steps away from the overground and on a street full of shops and restaurants. The apartment is cozy and very clean, and Naj was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we had or any support we needed. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood and getting out of the city center, but the place was also great for rainy nights in. Would totally stay again!

Lovely area right next to the train station, perfect for visiting London especially if you want to avoid staying in a touristy area but still like a bit of bustle. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, with comfy beds and a good shower- two things that tend make or break a stay for me. We were three for most the trip and four for a day, the second bedroom was a bit tight for two but not terrible. It’s a one floor walk-up with narrow steps but once you get your bags up the first time it’s not really a bother. Overall a great stay, Naj was lovely and very communicative!

Awesome location if you’re wanting to base yourself in Hackney with easy access to the overground. Lots of food, nightlife and pubs all a short walk away. A little noisy at night as it is between the Tesco carpark and the main road but not too bad.

The place is a great hide out in east London, in the beating heart of Hackney. It's sparkly clean, comfy bed and a great living space and complete kitchen. The interior is really nice and stylish.
The living room and kitchen are facing a very busy intersection, but the bedrooms are to the back and are super quiet.
The host was always responding very quickly to any messages and was in general very helpful. Would definitely return again.

We loved our stay in Hackney. This spot was great for our Abba Voyage trip – walkable to trains, buses, lots of great food, parks and amenities. Not touristy but still lots to do and easy to access central London and the Abba Arena. The house was super clean and so nice to have two bedrooms, a clean and well equipped kitchen and comfy living space. Would definitely stay there again!

Naj’s home is just as described! A very comfortable stay just outside the heart of the city with lots of transit all around. The place was very clean and comfortable. As mentioned the noise from the street is quite loud but you don’t hear a thing from the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and conveniently located. The front of the flat is very close to busy street traffic, but the bedrooms were much quieter. Occasionally, there was a fumey smell from a nail salon below. Overall, fine value for us. Very responsive and helpful host communications.

The only downfall is the entrance is right on the main street at a busy intersection however the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and pretty peaceful.

The place was just as pictured. It was very clean, especially the bathroom. It was near everything- the overground (right around the corner), buses, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. While busy in the front, the bedrooms are both in the back & very quiet. The only big negative for us was the beds- they were so uncomfortable. They were beyond firm. One other thing worth noting for older travelers, is that the lock box is so close to the ground & hard to read, you have to get down on your hands & knees. Also, there are 20 steep stairs leading up to the apt.

Naj clearly wants her guests to feel welcome. The flat was comfortable and homely. Entry was a little difficult as the key box is located very low on the wall which required kneeling on the pavement to enter the code – not easy because of our age! That probably would not be an issue for most guests! Internet connection wasn’t great.
We have had some disappointing stays recently when accommodation advertised fell far short and so we’re extremely delighted to find Naj’s flat exactly as was described. Recommend highly.

Naj’s place is just as advertised and is in an incredible location steps away from the overground and on a street full of shops and restaurants. The apartment is cozy and very clean, and Naj was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we had or any support we needed. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood and getting out of the city center, but the place was also great for rainy nights in. Would totally stay again!

Lovely area right next to the train station, perfect for visiting London especially if you want to avoid staying in a touristy area but still like a bit of bustle. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, with comfy beds and a good shower- two things that tend make or break a stay for me. We were three for most the trip and four for a day, the second bedroom was a bit tight for two but not terrible. It’s a one floor walk-up with narrow steps but once you get your bags up the first time it’s not really a bother. Overall a great stay, Naj was lovely and very communicative!

Awesome location if you’re wanting to base yourself in Hackney with easy access to the overground. Lots of food, nightlife and pubs all a short walk away. A little noisy at night as it is between the Tesco carpark and the main road but not too bad.

The place is a great hide out in east London, in the beating heart of Hackney. It's sparkly clean, comfy bed and a great living space and complete kitchen. The interior is really nice and stylish.
The living room and kitchen are facing a very busy intersection, but the bedrooms are to the back and are super quiet.
The host was always responding very quickly to any messages and was in general very helpful. Would definitely return again.

We loved our stay in Hackney. This spot was great for our Abba Voyage trip – walkable to trains, buses, lots of great food, parks and amenities. Not touristy but still lots to do and easy to access central London and the Abba Arena. The house was super clean and so nice to have two bedrooms, a clean and well equipped kitchen and comfy living space. Would definitely stay there again!

Naj’s home is just as described! A very comfortable stay just outside the heart of the city with lots of transit all around. The place was very clean and comfortable. Clean and conveniently located. The front of the flat is very close to busy street traffic, but the bedrooms were much quieter. Occasionally, there was a fumey smell from a nail salon below. Overall, fine value for us. Very responsive and helpful host communications.

The only downfall is the entrance is right on the main street at a busy intersection however the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and pretty peaceful.

The place was just as pictured. It was very clean, especially the bathroom. It was near everything- the overground (right around the corner), buses, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. While busy in the front, the bedrooms are both in the back & very quiet. The only big negative for us was the beds- they were so uncomfortable. They were beyond firm. One other thing worth noting for older travelers, is that the lock box is so close to the ground & hard to read, you have to get down on your hands & knees. Also, there are 20 steep stairs leading up to the apt.

Naj clearly wants her guests to feel welcome. The flat was comfortable and homely. Entry was a little difficult as the key box is located very low on the wall which required kneeling on the pavement to enter the code – not easy because of our age! That probably would not be an issue for most guests! Internet connection wasn’t great.
We have had some disappointing stays recently when accommodation advertised fell far short and so we’re extremely delighted to find Naj’s flat exactly as was described. Recommend highly.
