Invested my Life Savings into Buying a Castle

In this week’s video, Samuel Leeds invites us into his exciting latest project which is taking place at the stunningly historic, 20-bedroom Castle situated in Ribbesford, Bewdley. The video documents Samuel Leeds, along with his brother and business partner Russell Leeds, on their way to view the property after signing the all-important contracts!

The brothers take a tour around the breath-taking Castle which is said to have an abundance of history behind it stemming from the mid-16th-century, along with being requisitioned as a military facility, housing British, American, Polish and Free French troops during the Second World War.

The UK’s most inspiring property investor Samuel has a strategy to convert it into a modern building, which will still be highly representative of its historical and authentic character. After finding out they had the winning bid at a recent auction for the property, following an earlier loss with the other buyer later dropping out, and despite using formulas and not feelings – Samuel and Russell Leeds explain how excited they are to get started on renovating and refurbing the property!

The risk-taking yet hopeful project is set to see a hugely successful outcome following a total revamp – with it being converted into 18 apartments and 1 house. The Castle is surrounded by 8-acres of land and it set to double if not triple in value – with the partners hoping to achieve a £1.2 million profit and passive income of £10-£12k per month from the deal. This will consequently leave them with no money down and in the next 12-18 months, see the building develop immensely into a successful business.
