All sparring will be overseen my a professional boxing coach who will ensure safety is of utmost importance. There will be no fighting, just controlled sparring in a safe environment. I will not intend to injury anybody but just to learn and have fun with the sport. I will only spar who I am told to spar by the coach present and stop when told to stop.

I understand that boxing is a combat sport and I am very likely to be hit if sparring, therefore any injuries are solely my responsibility. I will bring a gum shield and 16 oz gloves, also have been advised a groin and head guard.

I agree to participating in good faith, will be honest about my experience and will come with a humble attitude with zero ego.

I have permission to record sparring sessions, but will not upload any footage without the consent of everybody in the video and will remove any material immediately if asked to do so by Samuel Leeds or a member of staff at Samuel Leeds Ltd.
