Samuel Leeds Scam?: In a recent video, I sat down with someone who publicly called me the “biggest scammer in the property space.” As I know this isn’t the case, I invited him to my house to debate him! We sat down for an unfiltered conversation about business ethics and charging money for mentorship. The results were fascinating!
When people sell courses or mentorship online, there will always be some people that consider it a scam. In some cases, it is true that trainers don’t offer value for money and leave customers feeling ripped off. But what about me? Does Samuel Leeds scam people? 1. Samuel Leeds Scam?: Why Does Mentorship Cost So Much?
The most expensive programme we offer is £12,000. This is for our 12-month Academy. That is a lot of money for many people. So why charge so much? The reality is, if you want to offer high quality mentorship, it costs money!
On the Academy, for example, our students get unlimited mentoring calls with millionaire mentors. They can also speak to specialists, such as lawyers. There is in-person training, we review our student’s deals, we partner with them to sell their deals, and much more. Offering all this isn’t cheap! In fact, we only have 5% margins in our training business. If you do mentorship right, it isn’t a high margin business!

But does my training and mentorship actually produce results? That is the question that really matters! You can find training that is cheaper, and training that is much more expensive, but will it help you to become successful?
