The Family Visits My Castle…

In this week’s video, Samuel Leeds brings his family to the beautifully historic Ribbesford House. Work on the property is set to begin NEXT MONTH, Samuel explains, as all major contracts have been signed and exchanged.

In the video, brother-in-law and Chartered Surveyor Ben says,

“A lot of work needs to be done to the property, by builders, architects, designers and surveyors – but Samuel is excited and we are excited to see what he is going to do with it with the power team”.

He then goes on to say,

“There’s no doubt that we will be walking round in a year, or 18 months’ time, thinking ‘wow, what a great job it has been.”

The video then goes on to hear about what Samuel’s mother and step-father have to say about the huge, yet exciting project. Samuel’s mother Sue and step-father Tim Gray proudly say, “It is a brilliant property – it has a lot of character and Samuel has secured it at a really good price, we are really proud of him!”.

The project is set to see a total profit of £1.2 million when it is completed in approximately 18 months’ time. “It is so good to have friends and family supporting you in big decisions. Don’t wait for all the traffic lights to be on green before leaving the house. We bought the property BEFORE viewing, with no reassurance of having the full amount of money. We signed up in FAITH, they say ‘if your going to think anyway, think BIG’, and that is what we have done” says property investor, Samuel Leeds.
