How mentoring works inside The Samuel Leeds Academy

Inside the Academy you get unlimited mentoring. You can book one to one calls with experienced property investors whenever you need help. There are no monthly limits or tokens. If you see a deal or get stuck you can get support fast. This is one of the most powerful parts of the Academy because real progress happens when you can speak to the right person at the right time.

Below is a clear explanation of how mentoring works in practice so you know exactly what to expect as an Academy member. It also shows the structure behind the support which gives you confidence that this is a serious and reliable service.

What unlimited mentoring actually means

Unlimited mentoring means you have ongoing access to book one to one sessions through your Academy portal whenever you need support. You can book sessions frequently. You can ask questions at each stage of a deal. You can speak to mentors across different strategies and topics. There is no restriction that says you can only have one call a month or a set number of hours. We encourage you to use the mentoring a lot.

We run a fair use system so everyone gets fast access and a high level of support. This protects the quality of mentoring which means you get reliable help whenever you need it.

Who you speak to

You are not speaking to random coaches. Our mentors all have at least five years experience in UK property, being either property millionaires or professional specialists in their strategy area, for example a chartered accountant. You get access to people who have done what you are trying to do.

Alongside the mentors you can also book calls with our power team at no extra charge. This includes:

  • Partner level solicitors
  • Chartered accountants
  • Mortgage brokers
  • Surveyors
  • Project managers for refurbs and developments

Speaking to these professionals directly outside the Academy would normally cost hundreds per hour. Inside the Academy you can book them through your portal as often as you need support on a deal or question.

You submit your deal before you buy or sell. We check it for blind spots and red flags. You get a rating and guidance on whether the deal is safe or risky. Even Samuel uses Rate My Deal for his own properties.

Rate My Call

You can upload recordings of your sales or negotiation calls. We listen to them then coach you on tone language and strategy. This massively improves your confidence on the phone.

Deal Glance

A quick check on a link or idea when you want fast feedback.

Samuel Leeds Finance

Bridging finance available only after your deal has been rated. This helps beginners who cannot get lending elsewhere. It gives you a path to get your first deal done safely.

Quote My Refurb

Send photos and videos of a property and our full time builder will give you a refurb quote. This stops you guessing numbers and protects you from builder mistakes.
