1. Is Simon Squibb Legit?: He’s A Hypocrite!
Simon Squibb says one thing, but does another. He tells you not to get into property, but he has invested in property himself. He claims not to charge for his courses, but you have to buy something from his sponsor to join them. He says he doesn’t enjoy being rich, but doesn’t give all his riches away.
In a recent stunt, Simon Squibb pestered people giving away free energy drinks in the street. He claimed they were unhealthy, and that it was bad they were giving them away. But Squibb has given ice cream away in the street, begged to sell Mr Beast’s sweets, and even said he was starting his own sweet brand. Not exactly health food. In other words, a hypocrite!
2. Is Simon Squibb Legit?: He’s A Coward!
Simon Squibb wanted to debate me, but then pulled out at the last minute. I had prepared for the debate, and him doing that unnecessarily wasted my time. If he was willing to admit this was because he was wrong, that would be one thing. But he continues to attack the property industry to this day!
I recently attended an event Squibb was speaking at. He told the organisers to get rid of me. The security guards refused to remove me, so he had to speak with me in the audience. He didn’t take any questions from the audience, and ran off once he did his talk. He knows I’m right, so he won’t face my questions!
3. Is Simon Squibb Legit?: He Gives Bad Advice!
Simon Squibb tells people to leave their jobs immediately and start a business. This means that if the business fails, people will end up in a bad position. The right way to start a business is to do so while you continue to work. When you have more coming in from your part-time business than your full-time job, then quit your job!
