It is a 4-day online implementation event designed to help you secure real property deals in real-time. Unlike standard courses which teach theory, this challenge is strictly about taking action. You will be set tasks (like finding leads and viewing properties) in your local area while having live support from our team.

Yes. Because the challenge focuses on action rather than teaching basics, you must complete the relevant preparatory training materials for your chosen strategy through the Academy portal before the challenge begins. Completing this as homework ensures you have a solid understanding of the strategies and hit the ground running. For example, if you are joining the Rent-to-Rent theme, you need to have completed the Rent-to-Rent and Serviced Accommodation/HMO training first.

The investment is £1,997. This gives you full access to the live 4-day implementation event, your dedicated Property Coach, and the backend mentor team.

The event is 100% online using Zoom Events. You participate from home, which is crucial because you will need to go out and view properties in your own local area as part of the daily challenges.

You will be placed in a small group (typically up to 12 people) with a dedicated Property Coach. You will have a group chat for constant communication and Zoom breakout rooms for live coaching. Additionally, a team of specialist mentors, including solicitors, accountants, and mortgage brokers, are available in the background for bespoke advice.

Samuel is the head coach. Samuel's methodology underpins everything you'll implement during the challenge. During the live 4-day event, Samuel steers the ship, setting the daily challenges, providing high-level tactical game plans, and keeping you sharp. While Samuel sets the overall direction, your assigned group Coach will guide you through the specific, daily mechanics of your deals.

There are three main themes you can choose from:
- BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance)
- Deal Selling (Sourcing)
- Rent-to-Rent
