Samuel Leeds Complaints: In a recent video, I sit down to debate property investor and entrepreneur, Teschi. Teschi was a former member of my Academy, who claims he was wronged by my mediation company, the Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS).

Teschi sold a deal as a deal sourcer, which was subject to a refund request by the buyer. PIMS ruled partially in favour of the buyer. Teschi felt the ruling was unfair, and came to debate me on it!

Generally, I am much more concerned with the opinions of my customers than unrelated third-parties.

That said, I am willing to address anything! That’s why I recently had an open debate challenge, where anyone who was critical of me was invited to take part. I am extremely transparent about my business, and am open to other people's views.

The next category is customer feedback. This is where a customer is largely happy, but has some things they wish were done differently. We love customer feedback because it allows us to continually improve as a company.
