Tankz Exposed: Recently, I responded to YouTuber, Tankz, who made a video about my property training business. Tankz attempts to criticise my mentorship programme, despite not being a customer of mine. In fact, he does so little research that he doesn’t even bother watching my free webinar (which he pronounces ‘webinair’)!
Tankz made a name for himself as a ‘scam influencer’, according to media reports. I don’t think this is even a pejorative in this case; I think it’s just descriptive!
Tankz has been accused in media reports of having sold guides on how to do fraud! Tankz even bragged about how he might “clean out your grandma’s pension” in one of his raps, entitled ‘Scammers and Trappers’. This is the guy trying to call me unethical!

According to a BBC Panorama report, Tankz was accused of promoting fraud as a way to make money. In my view, he now puts down people for teaching others how to become financially free the right way, to justify his own shady behaviour!

1. Tankz Exposed: If You Can Make It Legally, What Does That Say About Him?
One of Tankz’s criticisms is that young people are spending money on my courses and mentorship. But many young people, including those from underprivileged backgrounds, become successful in property because of me! So why is that a bad thing in Tankz’s world?
The reality is, Tankz knows if other young people can make it the legitimate way, it removes his excuse for having allegedly done it the wrong way.
Tankz talks in his music about stealing from grandmas, and sold fraud guides, including ones explaining how to rip off the benefits system, according to the BBC. I think this would be a lot harder to justify to himself if he admitted other people, from similar backgrounds, are getting rich the right way!
2. Tankz Exposed: He’s Educated, But Lacks Wisdom!
Tankz did finance and economics at university, and some of the things he said in his video showed he is educated on the topic. However, he lacks wisdom! While he tried to stay anonymous as an alleged scam influencer, he left so many clues in his content that BBC Panorama tracked him down!
As the Panorama presenter said at the time, “[Tankz is] not as clever as he thinks”! That’s why his “research” on my property strategies consisted of reading paragraph long summaries of them. He quickly jumped to conclusions, lacking the wisdom to understand that you actually have to learn these strategies before deciding if they work or not!
In my view, it is easier for Tankz to pretend that it is impossible for ordinary people to make it, unless they take the seemingly dishonest shortcuts he has!
3. Tankz Exposed: He Has Victim Mentality!
In his video, Tankz lists groups that he considers “vulnerable people” which he describes as “easy prey” for my courses. That list included recent graduates and ethnic minorities. This is incredibly insulting to the many intelligent graduates, and vast numbers of educated professionals from minority ethnic backgrounds!
In my opinion, viewing himself as coming from ‘victim’ groups allows Tankz to justify his alleged involvement in unethical practices. If the deck is really so stacked against him, maybe he thinks he can rationalise rapping about scamming elderly women!
However, the reality is, while certain groups do face disadvantages, everyone in the UK has the opportunity to make it the right way! Tankz should face up to this fact!
