How long will the session last?

It is scheduled for 60 minutes but Samuel usually runs over so allow at least 90 minutes.

Is this just a big sales session?

Absolutely not, there will be an offer at the end to get mentoring directly from Samuel and his team, but this is completely optional and there is no pressure.

Will I learn lots of new things?

Unless you are already a multi-millionaire in property, you will most likely have your mind blown. There are so many golden nuggets and Samuel does not hold back.

1. How To Buy Luxury Property In Thailand: Leasehold Vs. Freehold!

Generally speaking, most real estate that is open to foreigners is leasehold in Thailand. For some buyers this can make sense, but you should study the terms of any deal with a reputable lawyer to ensure you understand the drawbacks.

That said, you can buy a property freehold if it is part of a condo development. This is because 49% of the overall building can be owned by foreigners, as long as 51% is leasehold or Thai-owned.

2. How To Buy Luxury Property In Thailand: Become A Wealthy Global Citizen!

If you have over $1,000,000 in global assets, and invest $500,000 in Thailand (which can be in property), you may be eligible for a Wealthy Global Citizen Long-Term Residence (LTR) visa! There are some additional requirements, so work with a good lawyer on this one.

This visa allows you to live in Thailand, and not pay Thai income tax on money you make elsewhere in the world. Thai income will still be subject to taxes. Again, speak with your lawyer to understand how this will apply to your personal circumstances.

3. How To Buy Luxury Property In Thailand: Understand Thailand Before You Buy!

Another very important consideration is Thai culture. It never makes sense to buy a residence somewhere just because it sounds good on paper. Spend some time in Thailand to see if the place is for you.

If you love the country, then buy a property. If not, there are many other places, and many other tax advantaged options out there!
