I’m Samuel Leeds, a property entrepreneur, investor, mentor and best-selling author. I became a property millionaire at just 21 years old after discovering the life-changing potential of property investment.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to teaching others how to follow in my footsteps and achieve lasting financial freedom.
Over the years, I’ve spoken at large property seminars across the UK, including my in-person Property Investors Crash Courses, which attracted thousands of aspiring investors. These live events played a huge part in shaping my journey and gave me the platform to inspire others face-to-face.
Today, I continue that mission through my free live webinars, where I show people exactly how to build wealth through property. I also run one of the UK’s largest property investment training schools, where I teach practical strategies such as buy-to-let, rent-to-rent, deal sourcing, and creating passive income streams.
In addition, I founded the Samuel Leeds Academy, a comprehensive mentorship programme designed for those who want long-term support and advanced training. The Academy provides hands-on coaching, regular accountability, and access to a community of driven property investors. It’s where I work closely with members to help them scale their businesses, refine their strategies, and stay motivated throughout their journey. Many of my most successful students started their path inside the Academy, and it remains the cornerstone of my mission to create financially free property entrepreneurs across the UK and beyond.
