People that go from nothing to billionaire status normally have to be willing to make hard decisions. If you are not willing to, you don’t really want to be rich!
Dan told a story about an attendee at one of his castle training events. She had travelled with her husband from the USA to attend the event in Scotland. Her mother had a heart attack back in the states, but she stayed to complete the week of training. While Dan doesn’t necessarily recommend doing this, he says this is the level of sacrifice needed to succeed at the very highest levels!

A lot of people put off taking action. They think about getting rich, but do nothing to actually make it happen. If you want to be rich, you need a sense of urgency. You need to take action like you would in a crisis.
Whatever your goal is, act like your child’s life depends on you achieving it in the next 90 days. Take action like you would in that situation. By the end of the 90 days, you will be amazed at the amount of progress you have made!

Once you start making it, it can be hard not to micromanage everything. But if you want to be a big business, you need to know how to delegate. Use other people’s money and empower other people within your business.
Find competent people and give them the freedom to make money for you. This will allow you to become a true business owner, rather than simply a manager. If your company needs you to operate, you have a job, not a business!
