That means that when everyone is overenthusiastic about a market, you are likely going to pay too much. When people are running away, you will likely get a good price.
Right now, people are fearful about Dubai! Therefore, if you believe in Dubai long-term, as I do, now is a great time to buy.
2. Dubai Property Prices Falling: Big Discounts!
If you are willing to buy right now, there are some excellent discounts to be had!
When a retail shop has a sale, people rush to buy. The shop will be full of customers. But when assets are on sale, people run away! Has something permanently changed about Dubai property, or is now a good time to scoop up a bargain? I’m betting on the latter!
3. Dubai Property Prices Falling: After A Fall, Comes A Rise!
After a fall, comes a rise. As long as the fundamentals remain the same, a fall isn’t permanent. The market will turn around eventually, and reward patience.
I think the fundamentals of the Dubai market are extremely strong. I am willing to buy now, and wait for prices to go up again.
