When I started out in property, I didn’t have a lot of money. What I did have was a lot of time and knowledge. This allowed me to find deals and sell them to investors.
Now I have the opposite problem! I have the cash, but I need good people who can bring me deals. Not just anyone, but people trained by me, who can do things my way! This means partnering with my students by buying deals from them, and lending them money for their own deals too.

As I mentioned earlier, I started in property with nothing. So I focused on networking with wealthy investors, and packaging and selling deals to them. This brought in a lot of cash flow.
By the age of 25, I was a millionaire! Not from owning property, but by selling deals and partnering with the rich. It isn’t just what you know, it is who you know!
2. How To Become Financially Free In 2026: How I Find Partners!
As a rich investor myself now, I need people to bring me deals. Now, there are plenty of deal sourcers out there, but it is impossible to vet them all. They may work differently to me, and make calculations in different ways too.
Instead, I prefer to work with my students. My students have been trained by me, and do things my way. I know they are good, because they have been trained by the best!
