The idea is that everything will be on a subscription basis where people will rent, rather than own. The problem with such a world, however, is that everyone is at the mercy of the corporations that actually do own everything!
In a world where corporations own everything, if you say something they don’t like, they can cancel your subscription! That’s why it is important to be able to own things. It is particularly important to own real estate. Massive corporations and banks are starting to buy up residential property and become landlords, and I only see this trend continuing.
By 2030, it will be even harder to buy property as an average wage earner. More people will rent, and a greater number of them will be renting from huge corporate giants! The next 5 years could be your only chance to build a property portfolio, starting with very little.
