Once you have the skills needed to find a deal, it is time to find the people with the money to invest. This means networking at in-person events.
There are many property and business networking events all over the UK. Find one local to you, and start making contacts and finding out what investors are looking for.

Next, you need to partner with an investor. There are many ways to do this. They could loan you the money for a property deal, or joint venture (with you doing the work and the investor putting in the capital), for example.
You could also simply pass them the deal for a fee, which is known as deal sourcing. Deal sourcing is a great way to grow your own pot of cash so you can invest yourself.
