If you simply buy a London property as a buy-to-let, you are likely to receive a very low return on investment (ROI). Instead, you need to find a way to push the value of the property up.
One way to do this is to turn a one-bedroom flat into a two-bedroom flat. If you do this in the right area, with the right property, you can increase the value of the flat substantially.
