Once you have a little bit of cash, you can start controlling properties. That doesn’t necessarily mean buying them.
You can rent properties, with the correct contracts and permissions in place, and then rent them to other people at a profit. You can either rent the properties as short term lets (rent to serviced accommodation) or by the room (rent to HMO).

Once you can show some experience sourcing great deals and managing properties, you will be able to form joint venture partnerships.
