Lease Option Agreements | What Is A Lease Option?

Lease options are one of Samuel’s favorite strategies. Why? They allow a property investor to purchase the property without using any money! A large majority of Samuel's wealth has been accumulated through this exact same strategy.

Purchasing properties through the lease option strategy allows you to buy now and pay later. Too good to be true? It’s not!

Not only will you benefit from the properties capital appreciation but you will also gain a monthly cash flow when you rent out the property. In order to find yourself a lease option, you will need to target motivated sellers and tired landlords. You will view the properties as assets where the seller will see it as a burden.

Once you’ve reached the end of your lease option the value of the property will have more than doubled. Resulting in you buying the property well below market value. You will have the option, not the obligation to complete a purchase of the property at the end of your lease.

The landlord will have no choice but to accept agreed offer regardless of the current valuation of the property. You will not be required to complete on the sale if you don't want to.  The LOA strategy is accessible to anyone and can be done abroad so no excuses!
