1. Lord Sugar's Property Portfolio: Turn Cashflow Into Real Estate

Like many rich people, Lord Sugar keeps his wealth in property. That means, as he brings in profits from his businesses, he takes that money and invests in real estate. This is something that you don’t need to be a billionaire to do! If you have a business with great cashflow, consider investing that money into property.

If you don’t have a profitable business yet, you could consider starting a property business such as deal sourcing or rent to rent. These businesses can create amazing cashflow, which can be used to invest in your own property deals.

2. Lord Sugar's Property Portfolio: Be Open And Transparent

Unlike a lot of the super rich, Lord Sugar is very open about the properties he owns. You can go to his website and see his property portfolio in full. A lot of people want to hide from the spotlight and avoid being analysed by competitors. However, being open and transparent opens more doors.

You don’t have to go as far as publishing your entire property portfolio, though. For example, I document my business on YouTube, which keeps the world informed about my deals and investments. Consider documenting your own property journey on social media, it is a great way to build a network!

3. Lord Sugar's Property Portfolio: You Don’t Always Need An Estate Agent

Another reason why Lord Sugar's property portfolio is public, is it allows people to do property deals with him directly. While estate agents are an awesome tool for buying and selling property, there are many great off-market opportunities.

As a property investor, learning the skill of finding off-market deals can be extremely profitable. Similarly, there are times when it is better to sell a property without an estate agent as well. Learning these more advanced techniques will take time, training and experience.
