The year 2019 promises to be equally successful as its predecessor was for Samuel. In his latest video he makes bold predictions for his property portfolio. All his plans and investments for 2019 are revealed.
Last year Samuel invested in 26 properties when the initial target was 10. The usual method that Samuel has been using in previous years was investing in one property a month which would take his investments to 12 properties per year.
In 2019 Samuel would like to invest in a 9 houses. Using a 3 + 3 + 3 method of investment.
This include buying three serviced apartments located in Birmingham, three HMO’s that will also be based in the midlands and finally 3 below market value homes that will become buy to lets.
