Ethics and Conduct Statement
Samuel Leeds Training and The Samuel Leeds Academy
Purpose
This statement sets the standards that guide how we train, support and work with students. It exists to protect students, maintain transparency and ensure the quality of the mentoring they receive. It also sets expectations for how our team conducts itself.
Integrity
We commit to presenting information, strategies and opportunities honestly and without distortion. All case studies, results and testimonials must reflect genuine student experiences. Data used in marketing must be accurate and checked before publication.
Student Protection
We do not pressure students to enter deals that exceed their risk level, capital or experience. Mentors must assess the suitability of a strategy before recommending it. Students have the right to decline any suggested deal or approach without any penalty.
Transparency
We provide clear information about course content, mentoring structure, pricing and what a student can realistically expect. If something is not included, it is stated. If extra costs exist, they are made clear upfront. Any changes to programme terms are documented.
Professional Conduct
All staff and mentors must treat students with respect, clarity and professionalism. Mentors must follow the agreed mentoring structure and communicate within the stated response times. Any personal financial arrangements with students are prohibited unless approved through the Academy.
Experience and Qualifications
Mentors must have proven experience in UK property, must be actively involved in real deals and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the strategies they teach. Mentor performance is reviewed to ensure student outcomes stay consistent.
Confidentiality
Private student information, personal finances and deal details are confidential and only used to provide training or mentoring. No student information is shared externally without permission.
Fair Behaviour
Students should be treated equally regardless of starting capital, background or experience. We do not promise success to anyone. We provide guidance, tools and support. Students remain responsible for their decisions.
Safety and Wellbeing
We maintain a structured environment where concerns can be raised easily. Students have a clear route to report issues, and we respond promptly. We resolve disputes fairly and aim for win-win outcomes wherever possible.
Continuous Improvement
We monitor student outcomes and feedback to improve the programme. Independent audits and transparent reporting are encouraged to help maintain quality and trust.
