Samuel Leeds Debate: In a heated and unfiltered interview, I sat down with Austin for a tense debate on race, immigration, and politics in modern Britain. We talk about everything from black award shows to Reform UK policies.
If you have ever wondered about my views on politics, immigration, and race, make sure to watch the full video until the end. You can find the entire Samuel Leeds debate at the top of this page, or you can watch it on my YouTube channel.
I don’t think my views are particularly controversial. I support immigration and think we should be open to anyone coming here to work, but I am against illegal immigration. I support choosing the best person for the job, regardless of race. I support Reform UK for their pro-business policies, but I have also publicly spoken out against some of their ideas.
While my actual views are rather moderate, sometimes people can get the wrong idea based on watching short clips alone. That’s why I am here to set the record straight with this Samuel Leeds debate.
In this article, I will give you 3 reasons I am right about race and Reform UK. If you take the time to read the whole article until the end, I think you will agree with me too!
I think that my common sense political views are broadly shared by most of the public, of all backgrounds. Please help me reach as many people as possible with this Samuel Leeds debate, so people can understand my views in context.

1. Samuel Leeds Debate: Meritocracy, Not Quotas!
I believe in a society based on merit. The best person for a particular job should get that job, regardless of race, gender, religion, etc. If you have any kind of quota system that mandates employing people from any specific group, by definition you are no longer seeking the very best candidate.
It is certainly true that some groups face discrimination, but that isn’t solved by discrimination in the other direction. In the free market, those that unfairly discriminate will lose anyway, as they won’t choose the best person for the job!
2. Samuel Leeds Debate: Victor Mentality, Not Victim Mentality!
My children are mixed race. I won’t be telling them that they are victims that need special quotas and treatment to succeed. Even if you do face discrimination, thinking about things that way puts you at a disadvantage.
Don’t be a victim, be a victor. Instead of looking at what holds you back, look at what gives you an advantage.
There are benefits of being a man in business, but there are also benefits of being a woman. There are benefits of being young, and there are benefits of being old. There are benefits of being white in business, but there are also benefits of being black. Find what gives you an edge, and use it!
3. Samuel Leeds Debate: Reform UK Has Issues, But It Is Currently The Best Option!
No political party is perfect. Just because someone supports a party, it doesn’t mean they agree with all its policies. But Reform UK has the best policies of any party currently out there, particularly if you are a business person or property investor.
I have written an article about Reform UK, explaining exactly why their manifesto is the best one currently on offer. I have also written an article explaining the things I disagree with Reform about, particularly regarding immigration, which I think they go too far on.
