Parking Information:

A parking permit will be provided upon check-in, allowing parking for TWO vehicles in the designated permit holder area directly facing the property. Please ensure the permits are returned to their original location at the end of your stay. Failure to return the permits will result in a £100 replacement fee. If you have any questions regarding parking, feel free to reach out.

t's worth noting that St. lves gets very busy at peak times (Easter, Summer holidays, Christmas and New Year), and you may wish to make restaurant reservations etc ahead of your stay to avoid disappointment. There is a list of

recommendations and contact information for restaurants in the property, but if you would like any recommendations in advance, please ask!



There is no allocated parking with this property, but there are many local car parks with reasonable rates. Host is happy to provide these on request.



For couples travelling with infants, please note that we are a first-floor apartment without lift access. We provide a travel cot (please bring your own linen), but do not provide a high chair or changing mat.

Please note: Weekends can be loud in the town centre and we have single paned glass windows in the living room only.
