How long will the session last?

It is scheduled for 60 minutes but Samuel usually runs over so allow at least 90 minutes.

Is this just a big sales session?

Absolutely not, there will be an offer at the end to get mentoring directly from Samuel and his team, but this is completely optional and there is no pressure.

Will I learn lots of new things?

Unless you are already a multi-millionaire in property, you will most likely have your mind blown. There are so many golden nuggets and Samuel does not hold back.

Will this work for me if I don't have much money or time?

Yes absolutely it can, most people have limitations and that's exactly why Samuel's strategies are needed.

Will the session be recorded?

No, it will unlikely be recorded, although we do sometimes but more for training purposes, but it won't be freely broadcast online.

Will there be opportunities to work with Samuel?

Yes, this is a great chance to hear all of Samuel's strategies and many people end up becoming partners down the line once implementing.

Hi, I’m Anthony. I have extensive hands-on experience across multiple property strategies, including BRRRs, flips, rent-to-rent, lease options, HMOs, planning gain, and commercial-to-residential developments. I have sourced, assessed, and managed hundreds of property deals and built a diverse portfolio that includes buy-to-lets and buy-to-serviced accommodation.
My experience includes navigating complex planning applications, including taking a Grade II listed building through the planning process. As the winner of the first eviction, combined with my wide-ranging experience in property, this has given me strong practical knowledge of the challenges and realities of property investing beyond theory.
I currently run Deal Connect, working closely with investors and Academy members to assess deal quality, structure projects correctly, and avoid costly mistakes.
Today, my primary focus is on flips, BRRRs, and commercial-to-residential projects. I enjoy helping others understand deal viability, risk, and execution, using real-world experience rather than textbook examples.
