Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a Training Advisor with nearly a decade of hands-on experience working closely alongside Samuel, attending Academy events, touring the UK, and travelling internationally together. That exposure has given me a deep, practical understanding of how the Academy strategies work in the real world, not just in theory.
Through this journey, I’ve implemented a wide range of property strategies including rent-to-rent, deal sourcing, serviced accommodation, lease options, BRR, and development. My experience comes from being immersed in the Academy environment over many years and learning directly through consistent application and observation. Helping others has always been a core motivation for me, and today I’m driven by supporting students with clarity, encouragement, and practical insight as they build confidence and momentum in their own property journeys.
