I later transitioned from architect to investor, specialising in BRR and BRR-to-serviced accommodation strategies. I focus heavily on layout optimisation, refurbishment efficiency, and deal stacking, often identifying simple structural or configuration changes that can unlock significant uplifts in value and rental income. I run numbers quickly and accurately, weighing refurbishment costs against end values to determine whether a deal genuinely stacks.

I expect people to come prepared, as I pack a lot of value into a short space of time. Alongside residential investing, I’ve expanded into hospitality, including the acquisition of a hotel, and today my portfolio generates over £30,000 per month.
