I’m Jer, a proud Cornishman inspired by my grandfather, who built homes in Cornwall in the 1970s. After a trial-and-error start in the 1990s, everything changed in 2018 when I discovered Samuels Buy Low, Rent High and joined the Academy…bringing nearly 50 years of teaching experience and £30,000 of bad debt. Since then, supported by the Academy, I've sold over £10m of investment property, built a portfolio of single lets, HMOs, and serviced accommodation across Cornwall and North East Lincolnshire, and grown a rent roll exceeding £25,000 per month. I'm now a property millionaire owning, controlling, and managing over £8m in assets. The Academy reignited my passion for teaching and I love mentoring members on how to avoid my mistakes, unlock their potential and achieve success.
