Hi, I’m Jer. I’m a property investor, business planner, and mindset coach with a background in teaching and a passion for helping people move from fear into focused action. Inspired by my grandfather, who built homes in Cornwall in the 1970s, my own property journey began through trial and error in the 1990s and truly transformed in 2018 when I discovered Samuel's Buy Low, Rent High and joined the Academy. At that point, I brought with me decades of teaching experience and £30,000 of bad debt, but also a determination to rebuild properly.
Since then, with the support of the Academy, I’ve sold over £10 million of investment property, built a portfolio spanning single lets, HMOs, and serviced accommodation across Cornwall and North East Lincolnshire, and grown a rent roll in excess of £25,000 per month. Today, I’m a property millionaire owning, controlling, and managing over £8 million in assets. My coaching style is empathetic, energetic, and highly structured. I use a clear four-step business planning framework to give investors clarity and momentum, and I’m known for helping people who feel overwhelmed or stuck turn into confident action takers. I also work extensively on scripting and role play, giving students the exact words to use when speaking to agents and overcoming rejection.
I’m very aware of what it feels like to be a beginner, and I focus heavily on confidence, clarity, and progress. Teaching is at the heart of everything I do, and I love mentoring Academy members to avoid the mistakes I made, unlock their potential, and build a clear, achievable path to success in property.
