Samuel Leeds started his property journey in 2008 with nothing. Within three years, he was financially free and had built up a million-pound property portfolio by the age of twenty-one. Post financial freedom, Samuel has travelled the world, set up many charitable projects in Africa, and written two #1 Amazon Best Selling Books.
In November 2014, Samuel ran the first-ever Property Investors Crash Course, which is now considered to be the best property course in the world.
Russell Leeds is a highly successful businessman and property developer. He has appeared on BBC news as well as being featured in several newspapers, including when he purchased the historic 16th-century mansion, Ribbesford House, adding it to his ever-growing property portfolio.
Russell is CEO of the company, but is also an excellent communicator and personally runs some of the training himself.
I’ve built my career across sales, operations, marketing, events and customer service, which has given me a broad perspective on how to grow and develop successful businesses. I’m passionate about leading teams, raising standards and helping people unlock their full potential. Coaching and training have always been at the heart of what I do, whether in business or through sport in my personal life and I value the opportunity to use that experience to support others on their property investment journey.

Hi I’m Ana, a proud mum, award-winning property entrepreneur and one of Samuels Training Advisors. In just 3 years, I’ve grown from managing service accommodation to sourcing property deals, building a thriving portfolio and now leading a development of 18 affordable homes in Scotland for a local council. I'm Egor I grew up in a small Siberian town and chased bigger horizons through architecture, where I worked on world-class projects for luxury branded residences for Fendi, Loro Piana, Bentley, and Dolce & Gabbana. Those experiences sharpened my eye for design, functionality and commercial value. I’m Jer, a proud Cornishman inspired by my grandfather, who built homes in Cornwall in the 1970s. After a trial-and-error start in the 1990s, everything changed in 2018 when I discovered Samuels Buy Low, Rent High and joined the Academy…bringing nearly 50 years of teaching experience and £30,000 of bad debt. Since then, supported by the Academy, I've sold over £10m of investment property, built a portfolio of single lets, HMOs, and serviced accommodation across Cornwall and North East Lincolnshire, and grown a rent roll exceeding £25,000 per month. I'm now a property millionaire owning, controlling, and managing over £8m in assets. Hi I'm Simon, I have over a decade of experience in the property industry and a multimillion-pound portfolio spanning HMOs, serviced accommodation, and multi-lets. I specialise in commercial-to-residential developments, including converting a 5,500 sq ft nightclub into four residential dwellings. Alongside this, I co-own a successful estate agency in Weymouth covering sales and lettings, and I also manage a thriving beachfront hotel. Friends and family often describe me as a property addict.
Hi I’m Steve, I’ve spent nearly 20 years in property and business, becoming a property millionaire in 2020. My portfolio focuses on single lets, social housing, and HMOs, with BRR my favourite strategy and I now prioritise keeping everything as passive as possible to enjoy family time.
