Hi, I’m Russell Leeds and my mission is simple, to help ordinary people build extraordinary wealth through property.
I’m a property investor, entrepreneur and educator. Over the last decade, I’ve built an £8-million-plus personal portfolio, acquired multiple hotels with wedding and conference venues, and helped thousands of students transform their finances through our training programmes. Alongside my business partner and brother, Samuel Leeds, I co-run one of the UK’s largest and most successful property education companies, creating more financially free people than any other UK training business.
I started exactly where many of our students start: with a vision, very little capital and a determination to break free from the “normal life” everyone else seemed to settle for. I learned how to buy properties creatively, how to recycle my cash through BRR, how to raise private finance ethically and how to turn run-down buildings into profitable assets. Today, I teach those exact strategies inside our Academy and online programmes.
My work has taken me from small single-let flips to commercial conversions, hotels, serviced accommodation, lease options, developments and international property. I’m obsessed with systems, numbers and practical education, the kind of knowledge that actually puts money in your pocket rather than collecting dust on a bookshelf.
But the real fulfilment comes from the people we help. That’s why I create content, teach webinars, record the Property Investors Podcast and continually push to raise the standards of this industry.
Today I split my time between Dubai and the UK, as we scale our online training globally. My focus is on helping entrepreneurs, landlords and beginners alike build wealth with property.
