Hi I’m Steve, I’ve spent nearly 20 years in property and business, becoming a property millionaire in 2020. My portfolio focuses on single lets, social housing, and HMOs, with BRR my favourite strategy and I now prioritise keeping everything as passive as possible to enjoy family time. I previously owned a mortgage and commercial finance brokerage, funding deals from £60k BTLs to multimillion-pound projects (including Samuel’s). Having started pre-2008, I champion adaptability, love supporting students in Samuel’s Academy, and believe health, positivity and continual learning drive success.
