In this article, I will give you 3 things you can do to become one of my success students yourself.
1. Attend my training
If you would like to become one of my success students and maybe be featured in my next book, the first step is to attend one of my training courses. This could be one of my advanced training courses such as the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance Masterclass or the Deal Finding Extravaganza. It could be joining The Academy. But it also could simply be attending one of my £1 training events.

2. Become financially free
The next step is to implement what you have learnt and either go full time in property with a property business or to invest and become financially free. Financial freedom is defined as when your passive income is enough to cover your living expenses. Being financially free allows you to decide what to do with your time. It also allows you to develop your business with a certain level of security.
The amount you need to earn to be financially free will depend on your living expenses. The number for each individual will be different and be based on lifestyle, family size and location. On average, it means bringing in about £3,000 per month in passive income.
3. Do amazing property deals
The above doesn’t apply to everyone though. Some people are already successful business people and just want to invest their capital effectively. Many of the strategies I teach can be perfect for this. Here becoming financially free or being full time in property isn’t the goal. In these cases, I would love to hear about your high ROI (return on investment) property deals. I have helped high net worth individuals make the most out of property and I love to hear and publicise their stories.
