1. What Does The Renters' Rights Act Mean For Landlords?: Rent To Rent Opportunities!
As landlords adapt to the new rules, many will be open to offers which allow them to avoid the problem altogether. That’s where rent-to-rent deals come in! If you can offer landlords a guaranteed rent via a company let, many landlords will be open to it right now.
Not only that, landlords will no longer be able to request 6 months rent upfront from tenants. However, you can offer it to them as part of a rent-to-rent deal, and they are able to accept. This will open many opportunities for smart rent-to-rent businesses!
