If you buy a property with high cash flow, you can hold through whatever the market throws at you! That means even if the market takes a dip, you can sit back, and be paid while you wait for a recovery! This allows you to buy no matter what is happening with the market.

That said, you don’t have to wait for the property market to push the value of your real estate higher. You can push the value up yourself! Buying rundown homes, and refurbishing them is a great way to create equity in any market.
