Formerly known as Citra Living, Lloyds Living is owned by Lloyds Banking Group. They own 7,500 residential rental properties, and aim to own 50,000 by 2030. They are part of the World Economic Forum!

Legal & General also invest in building houses. They say that they both build and sell, and build and rent. However, based on my research, they have only sold one of their developments! The rest appear to be ‘build to rent' projects. Once again, Legal & General are part of the World Economic Forum too!

Aviva acts as an investment partner in a number of developments. When big companies deal with customers, it can become impersonal. This isn’t great when you are dealing with someone’s home!
Aviva were taken to court for continually increasing ground rents, making it difficult for people to sell their home. Aviva lost in court! They, too, are members of the World Economic Forum!
