If you look at the last 100 years of property data, houses double in price every ten years on average. This doesn’t mean that every ten years is the same, of course. Sometimes it is more, sometimes less.
However, I would be willing to bet £10 million that over the next ten years property prices will go up by 50% to 100%. In fact, I have made that bet by owning a huge UK property portfolio!
