In the video, we visit my new offices at the Central Business Towers in Media City. While my staff work remotely, a mix of local regulations and banking requirements mean that we need offices of a certain size.
While there were many cheaper options than Central Business Towers, I know that environment is important. Therefore, having a high-quality workspace is well worth the investment.
Although staff will not be coming in on a daily basis, when they do, it will be to somewhere that matches the high-end ethos of the company.

In the digital age, it is critical to be a global citizen. This could mean having residence permits, and second citizenships, if you are already doing well in business. If you are just starting out, it could mean being a digital nomad, and working from different countries.
My staff in Dubai will not be required to come into the office. But the office will be there for them as and when they need it.

We also went to the official launch of the Dubai Inner Circle of my Samuel Leeds Academy. My Academy teaches people to become financially free via property, even if they are starting with very little.
I started the Academy in the UK, and have expanded it to Dubai. This gives my students the opportunity to diversify their property portfolio, thereby reducing geographic risk. The UK is a great place to invest, as is Dubai!
