1. House Price Forecast 2030: On Average, House Prices Double Every Ten Years!
The first thing to understand is that house prices double every ten years in this country. This, of course, doesn’t mean that house prices always double in every ten-year period, but on average they do.
Once you know this, it makes sense to drown out the media noise. You are buying an asset that you intend to keep long term. As long as you buy something with good cash flow, you can easily hold through any dip in the market.
2. House Price Forecast 2030: Money Printing And Inflation!
But does that actually mean properties double in value every ten years? No. Part of that increase in price is due to money printing!
The Bank of England and the commercial banks create new currency over time. The creation of new currency reduces the purchasing power of the currency in circulation, creating inflation. It is simply supply and demand.
The system is based on continual money printing. Housing, on the other hand, is limited by the amount of land available! This is one reason you can be sure property prices will continue to rise long-term.
3. House Price Forecast 2030: The Last Buying Cycle For The Average Buyer?
But beyond the normal factors which always push up property prices, there is something different this time! Major institutions have started buying residential homes and becoming landlords! Lloyds Bank wants to become the biggest landlord in the country, for example. All this while the World Economic Forum predicts that you will ‘own nothing and be happy’ by 2030!
The elitists want to own everything and have ordinary people rent from them. Therefore, we could seem massive property price increases by 2030!
It is possible this is the last buying cycle for most average buyers! By 2030, it may be that most houses are owned by large corporations and only the rich own their own properties!
