1. Samuel Leeds Academy Review: If At First You Don’t Succeed, Try, Try Again!
After a lot of hard work, Jer and Ginny found their first property deal that they could package and sell to an investor. They took it to the deal sourcer they were co-deal sourcing with, and they said they could sell it for them! The deal was passed to an investor, but the very next day the investor pulled out!
This almost got Jer and Ginny to quit! Imagine if they had? They would never have built their property empire! This is an important lesson for anyone struggling in the early stages, do not give up! Things will get better over time, if you keep going!
2. Samuel Leeds Academy Review: Community And Mentorship!
The Property Investors Academy gave Jer and Ginny the tools to succeed! This meant the hands-on training needed to make amazing property deals, and a supportive community to build a network with!
When they joined the Academy, it didn’t have as much to offer as it does today in terms of online support and mentorship. But it still helped them build a £5.5 million property portfolio! These days, the Academy is even better, meaning students can become successful even faster!
