From the UK to the USA
Samuel Leeds launched The Eviction in the UK in 2020, with further series following in 2022 and 2024.
The competition brought together ambitious contestants and placed them in situations designed to test far more than property knowledge.

Now, the format is crossing the Atlantic.
The Eviction USA in Texas will be the first US edition of the competition.

Applicants must be available for the full filming period if selected.
Accommodation during filming will be provided by the production.

How Does the Application Process Work?
Casting for The Eviction USA takes place over several stages.
Stage 1: Initial Application
Applicants begin by telling the casting team about themselves, why they want to take part and why they believe Samuel should choose them.
Stage 2: Next-Stage Questionnaire
Applicants who progress through the first stage may be invited to complete a more detailed questionnaire.
This helps the casting team understand more about their personality, experience, resilience, teamwork and ability to commit fully to filming.
Stage 3: Video Audition
Applicants who progress further may be invited to submit a short video audition.
The aim is not to create a professional production.
The video gives Samuel and the casting team an opportunity to see the applicant's natural personality, communication style and approach to a practical challenge.
Final Selection
Once the casting process is complete, the final 12 contestants will be selected to take part in The Eviction USA.
Progressing through one stage does not guarantee progression to another stage or selection as a contestant.
