What to do with savings
If you're wondering what to do with savings, congratulations! You probably had to sacrifice things to make it happen – your work ethic deserves plaudits. Below we're going to talk a little bit about what to do with savings. Have you got some questions for Samuel? Jot them down in the comments section of the video. Each week he picks a handful of them and gives his responses.
In this episode, you'll hear about many different aspects of life, business and property investment. One of the best questions came from a teenager in Scotland. He is 15 years old and he has saved £10,000 from doing paper rounds. How incredible is that? That's such a substantial amount of money at such a young age from such a humble source. He asked Samuel what he should be doing with the capital.
Invest in yourself, knowledge is power
Samuel recommended that he get some real hands-on experience in whatever field he fancies. If he really wants to get into property he should get his feet wet. That could mean doing an apprenticeship on a building site or getting an internship with estate agents. Instead of working hard for money now, he should start to shift his attention toward knowledge acquisition. The best strategy would be to trade his time for knowledge.
It doesn't matter how old you are and how much is in your savings account. Everybody can begin the process of acquiring knowledge. There are no excuses because the resources are available to all of us. Not sure where to get started? You can attend the free Crash Course hosted by our team of experts. There is nothing as valuable as self-development. Everything you invest in yourself will pay you back tenfold.
