8 Bed HMO For £170,000 | Day In The Life Of A Property Investor – Evans Willie

In a recent video, I take a look at the progress of Evans Willie who I did a financial freedom challenge with. We followed Evans for a day and toured his new 8 bed HMO project he bought for £170,000. He also spoke about his success at one of my training events and his talk went down really well with the audience. More about that later. Evans has come so far and I am really proud of everything he is doing right now in property. He has an extremely bright future ahead of him, of that I am certain! I am always pleased to see my students doing so well in property.

When Evans spoke at the Rent to Rent Revolution training event, he had so much wisdom to share. The audience learnt a lot and enjoyed hearing him speak. I thought it would be a good idea to go over a few of the points he made in his talk on this blog. Therefore, in this article I am going to address 3 key points from Evans’ presentation.

1. Beliefs

If you don’t believe in yourself, you won’t succeed. It is as simple as that. You also need to have the correct beliefs about success and about how money works. You need to let go of all your limiting beliefs before you begin to take action. Being around the right people is key. Environment wins over willpower every time.

Make sure you know you can do it before you try and convince someone else. Your confidence is key to your success. The best way to ensure your confidence is genuine is to have the right knowledge by reading books, attending events and going on training courses.

2. Copy and Paste

In school, people are taught that it isn’t good to copy. In business the opposite is true. If someone else has done what you want to do, copy them. If you want to be financially free in property, copy someone who is a multimillionaire property investor. There is no point reinventing the wheel. Once you have some success you can think about how you can improve on the process but until then, just copy the successful.

All you need to do is attend the training I put on, much of it for free, and copy and paste. Copy and paste my strategies, ways of doing things and language used. Copy, copy, copy until it becomes second nature.

3. Action

The difference between the people that end up on Winners On A Wednesday, and those that end up complaining that they got nowhere, is action. If you are willing to take action, work hard and implement exactly what I teach, chances are you will do well. If you don’t take action or you don’t implement exactly what I teach, chances are you will fail. You need to be a hard worker and a good copy and paster to be able to make it in this game.
