Samuel Leeds is the founder of Property Investors, one of the largest UK property training companies. He is a property investor, author and YouTuber. Samuel Leeds bought his first property at the age of 17 in 2008. By the age of 21, he was financially free with a million pound property portfolio. Over time, Samuel continued to grow within the property field and is now involved in construction.
Samuel is a Christian and his faith influences his work. He attended Bible College and wrote his dissertation on Biblical Economics. He views his entrepreneurial brain as God given and feels a duty to use it. Samuel views wealth as something that isn’t his, but rather something he is a custodian for. To Samuel, money is merely a tool and what it is used for is what matters.

Samuel Leeds owns much of his property portfolio in a personal capacity but also owns property via his business. In 2018, Samuel bought Ribbesford House, a castle which is one of Worcestershire’s most historic buildings. The castle has links to many historic figures including former Prime Minister Stanley Baldwin and author, poet, and journalist Rudyard Kipling best known for writing The Jungle Book and Kim. Samuel is now in the process of restoring the building, which will be used as luxury flats.
Samuel founded Christian entrepreneurs support network, Training Kings; training business, Property Investors: and has invested in many different projects. Those projects include the deal sourcing company Better Sourced and the deal finding app Dealsourcr. He is also involved in numerous construction projects, with a particular interest in Buckinghamshire.
Books
Samuel has written a number of books including best sellers. He wrote Do the Possible, Watch God Do the Impossible: A practical guide to living a happy, rich and effective life; taught through the Bible in 2016 giving a biblical perspective on wealth creation. In 2017, he wrote his first book on property investment the best selling Buy Low Rent High: How anyone can be financially free in the next 12 months by investing in property.
Later, he wrote about his financial freedom challenge where he started again from nothing and achieved financial freedom called Financially Free in 7 Days: How I became financially free through property in 7 days and how you can too! which was published in 2019. He also co-wrote a book alongside his successful associates about compliance in the property industry as a simple reference guide called A Guide to Making Property Compliance Easy.
In 2021, he published a book about the stories of many of his success students called Samuel Leeds' Success Students (VOLUME 1) and a book about property development called The Secrets of Property Development: How to Make Six Figure Profits Every Time You Do a Property Deal.
