I want to be thankful for this year. I know this year has been tough for a lot of people. Millions of people have lost their jobs this year. But I wish all of you well and hope that you’re having a good time, and a blessed and jolly Christmas.

My Plan For 2021

Now let’s talk about 2021! I want many people joining me in 2021 to be financially free. 2020 has shown us that we can’t rely on the government. We can’t rely on employers. We can only rely on ourselves. I believe that in order to stand on your own two feet, the best way is through property investing. Every week, I have people coming in on Winners on a Wednesday. They tell their stories of how they become financially free.

Moreover, I recently finished The Eviction. In case you don’t know, The Eviction is where I invited ten people to live in my house and gave them challenges. The weakest link among them got evicted. The strongest link got to do a financial freedom challenge with me. It was like The Apprentice, but property edition.

What’s In It For You?

Now, how is this going to benefit you? Here’s where this gets interesting!

Every single training program that I have: the HMO boot camp, the Lease Option Agreement boot camp, the Serviced Accommodation Intensive, the Rent-to-Rent Accelerator, and the Buy-Refurbish-Refinance Master Class, which help so many people become financially stable, I’ll be giving them away to a person. And not just one person, their friend as well, or their partner.

You can tag as many people as you want. The more you tag and comment, the more your chances are to win the competition. Winners will be selected at random through a software, announced on December 31st, and I’m going to drive to their home to surprise them.

It is worth six-thousand pounds worth of courses and I want somebody to become financially free in 2021!
