This week episode of winners on a Wednesday come with a special twist. We had four guests enjoying a fruitful sit down with Samuel. A great mixture of foreign investors and British based investors who are just starting out on their property investor’s journey.
Led by investor Jurn who first attended a February crash course held by Samuel in Manchester began to build his property portfolio by deal sourcing. He saw his income per deal range from £400 to £3,000. On most of his deals, he is averaging around £1,600.
After connecting on the Samuel Leeds property Facebook page Jurn linked up with a property investor from Iranian who was running her own fast-food company. Despite not having a huge property background she wasn't afraid to invest £7,000 of her own money into the project believing it would pay off. An additional two more JV partner's joined along in the form of Giovany and Mlu.
Together all four of them began to join venture in Rent to Rent service accommodations. Splitting the profits amongst themselves. The partnership that they have doesn’t prevent them from getting into other deals with other investors so it offers them the flexibility to make profits elsewhere.
Currently, they have invested in 3 properties thus far and want to invest in another 3 before the year is out. They want to accumulate a portfolio that is worth £1m and create profits of £50,000 per year.
They believe that property has offered them a life that they didn’t think would be possible and are now reaping the benefits of Samuel's training. As they push to continue to reach financial freedom there is no telling how much further they all could go.
